      Migrate from Revenue Conduit to Unific

      The process of migrating from a Revenue Conduit account to a Unific account

      What to expect:

      1. Sign up for Unific and connect your store and HubSpot. The sign-up process will walk you through the steps of connecting a store.
      2. Unific will create NEW properties in HubSpot for Unific. All Unific custom properties end with " - Unific" (For example: "Products Bought - Unific).
        1. All properties made by Unific are listed here.
      1. Properties that were created by Revenue Conduit will be left as-is
      2. To update all properties made by Unific in a historical data setting, you will need to request a Historical Data Sync. However, please read the rest of this article before you request it since there are additional steps.
      3. Since Unific syncs different properties than Revenue Conduit, you will need to change your workflows, lists, and reports to use the new Unific properties to ensure they still function as expected.
        • Identify all workflows using Revenue Conduit properties and remove and re-add the filters so that they use the correct method for the matching Unific property (for example, an enum property may usually use "any of" but a text property uses "any")
        • Find deprecated Revenue Conduit properties (which don't have "- Unific" in the label) in workflows, lists and reports then replace them with their Unific equivalent. BONUS TIP: change their label to include [DEPRACATED] at the beginning of the label of the existing Revenue Conduit properties so that your team doesn't try and use outdated Revenue Conduit properties.
        • Delete these deprecated (Revenue Conduit) properties when it is convenient for you to delete them
      4. After this migration of workflows and lists to the Unific properties is done, request a Historical Data Sync.
      5. After Unific is installed and operational, remember to cancel your Revenue Conduit account. You can request cancelation by submitting a ticket.

      All NEW properties made by Unific are listed here.

       

      What will be changed? 

      In short, the Revenue Conduit properties will be left alone.

      Unific's new properties will be installed

      Unific will also sync the product object and deal line items

       

      Changes by objects

      Contact:

      • The property "current_abandoned_cart" will now have options "Yes", which corresponds to the value "true" and "No", which corresponds to the value of "false".
      • The rest of the Revenue Conduit Contact custom properties will not be modified 
      • These new properties' field types will be modified:

      Abandoned Cart Date - Unific date datetime
      Last Order Shipment Date- Unific date datetime
      First Order Date - Unific date datetime
      Last Order Date - Unific date datetime
      Account Creation Date - Unific date datetime
      Coupon Code Campaign X Expiration Date date datetime
      Last Order Status - Unific enum select string (textarea)
      Last Order Fulfillment Status - Unific enum select string (textarea)
      Last Order Shopify Order Source - Unific enum select string (textarea)
      Customer Group - Unific enum select string (textarea)

      Deal:

      • These properties' field types will be modified:

      Products

      • Revenue Conduit did not sync products, Unific syncs products by default
