All of Unific's paid plans come with Unific Technical Support, but there are some limits to be aware of.

Support Levels
Basic Email Support
Basic email support is included on all monthly paid plans.
Includes:
- 3 - 5 day response time during business hours
- Medium and Low priority on tickets. More details here: Unific Support Prioritization
High Priority Support
High Priority Support is included on all Annual / Enterprise Plans
Includes:
- Same day response time during business hours
- Request phone calls same day with screen sharing (during business hours)
- Higher ticket priority. More details here Unific Support Prioritization
What Unific Technical Support includes:
- Questions about getting to know Unific's products and using them
- Troubleshooting shopping cart connections
- Troubleshooting HubSpot connections
- Troubleshooting if data doesn't sync from the store to HubSpot
- Troubleshooting if data is incorrect (due to a property mismatch or data not being sent correctly by the shopping cart
- Troubleshooting if previous data is missing (due to lack of running Historical data)
- Coupons not being generated
- Other technology or data related issues having to do with any of our products
What Unific Technical Support does not include:
HubSpot implementation is not covered by Unific Technical Support. For that purpose, Unific offers a dedicated HubSpot Implementation Support plan. If you are currently collaborating with a HubSpot Agency, we suggest continuing your work with them. If you represent an agency, consider joining our partner program for additional resources and support.
