Custom Map Shopify Metafields
How to custom map Shopify Metafields to HubSpot properties
Unific allows you to custom map Shopify metafields (Custom fields) from Shopify into HubSpot using Unific's "Advanced Property Mappings" feature. See article on how to use 'Advanced Property Mappings.
If the metafields don't appear in the data on the object, you may need to refresh the metafields that Unific has access to.
To do this, Unific needs to 'refresh' the metafield webhooks so that metafields can be available to map.
- To do this, log in to your Unific account
- Open the "Connected Apps"
- Find the Shopify store's app connection you added metafields to
- Click "Edit" on the Shopify app connection
- Click "Reinstall webhooks"
These steps will reinstall the webhooks that will have the metafields data.
Important: if you refresh Metafields, the new fields will only appear on new webhooks (events) that Unific receives from your store.
