Revenue Conduit: Features & Settings

RC Setting: Last Product Bought for Infusionsoft

Last Product Bought Name allows you to:

  1. Populate the name of the last product your customer bought into a custom field on the Infusionsoft contact record. If your customer bought more than one product in their last order, Revenue Conduit will merge in the name of the most expensive product bought.
  2. Populate the quantity of products bought in your customer's last order into a custom field on the Infusionsoft contact record.

The Count Last Product into Total Checkbox

  1. The purpose of this feature is to merge into an email the name of the last product bought. In the event that your customer bought more than one product in their last order, you may want to reference the number of additional products bought in your follow up email.
  2. Check this box if you would like the Total Last Number of Products Bought to include the total number of products bought including the product merged into the Last Product Bought Name Field.
  3. Leave the checkbox unchecked if you would like the Total Last Number of Products Bought to be the Total Number of Products bought to NOT include the product merged into the Last Product Bought Name Field.
  4. Example: your customer bought a Table and a Chair. The Table was most expensive item and the name was therefore merged into the Last Product Bought Name. In this example, the checkbox was left unchecked, and therefor the Total Last Number of Products Bought field was populated with the number "1." You can therefore merge into the email the two fields using a sentence like: Thank you for your recent purchase of "Table" and 1 additional product."

Note: the fields are populated when the order is marked as paid.
