Infusionsoft RC Feature: RFM Field Settings

Note: The video below states that you need to manually map these fields,however, Revenue Conduit will automatically map these fields for you if you signed up for our Marketing System and received our Infusionsoft campaigns. No additional setup will be required for the fields discussed in the video if you signed up for our Marketing System.

***There are Twelve (12) critical fields that Revenue Conduit calculates whenever your store customers make a purchase that we need to build in your Infusionsoft app, regardless of whether you want the Marketing system or not. Here are the 12 RFM fields that need built by our team: (* required)

RFM Fields

* Total Value of OrdersType: Currency - The total value of orders made by the customer is stored. (Ex. Customer no.1 has a total of $1500.00 value of orders).

* Average Order ValueType: Currency - The average order value made by the customer is stored. (Ex. Customer no.1 has an average order value of $250).

* Total Number of OrdersType: Number - The total number of orders made by the customer is stored. (Ex. Customer no.1 has a total of 29 orders).

* First Order DateType: Date - The first order date of the customer is stored from the time you signed up in RC up to today. (Ex. The date 5/12/2016 where the customer made its first order).

* First Order ValueType: Currency - The first order value of the customer is stored from the time you signed up in RC up to today. (Ex. The first order value of customer no.1 is $150.00).

* Last Order DateType: Date - The last order date of the customer is stored from the time you signed up in RC up to today. (Ex. The date 5/12/2016 where the customer made its last order).

* Last Order ValueType: Currency - The last order value of the customer is stored from the time you signed up in RC up to today. (Ex. The last order value of customer no.1 is $150.00).

* Average Days Between OrdersType: Number - The average days between orders made by the customers is stored. (Ex. The average days between the orders is 2 days, so every 2 days there will be orders).

* Account Creation DateType: Date - The date of the account creation is stored. (Ex. The account was created on 5/12/2016).

Customer Group

* Customer Group - Type: Dropdown - The Customer group of the customer is stored. (Ex. The Customer is part of the Wholesale group).

Last Product Bought Name

* Last Total Number of Products Bought - Type: Whole number - The total number of products bought by the customer during hi last order. (Ex. Customer no.1 bought 5 products on his last order so 5 will be stored).

* Last Product Bought Name - Type: Text - The product name of the last product that the customer bought. (Ex. Customer no.1 bought product1011 so "product1011" will be stored).

RFM Segmentation

Order Frequency Rating - Type: Dropdown - The Frequency rating of the customer is stored. (Ex. Customer Frequency Rating is 4)

Monetary Rating - Type: Dropdown - The Monetary rating of the customer is stored. (Ex. Customer Monetary Rating is 4)

Order Recency Rating - Type: Dropdown - The Recency rating of the customer is stored. (Ex. Customer Recency Rating is 4)

ROI Tracking Fields

New Lead Campaign - Type: Currency - The order value made by the customer under the New Lead Campaign is stored. (Ex. Customer no.1 has a total of $1500.00 value of orders).

New Customer Campaign - Type: Currency - The order value made by the customer under the New Customer Campaign is stored. (Ex. Customer no.1 has a total of $1500.00 value of orders).

Abandonment Marketing Campaign - Type: Currency - The order value made by the customer under the Abandonment Marketing Campaign is stored. (Ex. Customer no.1 has a total of $1500.00 value of orders).

Shopping Cart Abandonement Marketing Fields

Total Value of Cart Items - Type: Currency - The total value of items that customer abandon on his cart. (Ex. Customer no.1 has an abandon cart worth $300. So $300 will be stored).

Total Number of Cart Products - Type: Whole number - The total number of product that was on the customers abandoned cart. (Ex. Customer no. has 5 items under his abandoned cart. So 5 will be stored).

Abandoned Cart URL - Type: Text - The url of the customer's abandoned cart. (Ex. Customer abandoned cart url is www.revenueconduit.com/abandonedcart12437596. Sowww.revenueconduit.com/abandonedcart12437596 will be store).

Disclosure: All other non-required fields in the marketing system that are not created and mapped will result in the dashboard reporting to fail and not perform.
