Why are my Order Numbers (ID) in Infusionsoft different from my Order Numbers in my shopping cart?
When Revenue Conduit syncs an order to Infusionsoft, Infusionsoft automatically assigns an Order Number to the Order. We cannot avoid this. In order to preserve your Order Number from your shopping cart, we input the Order Number into the Infusionsoft Order Title.
