HS Smartlist: Abandoned Cart Recovery- Converted Contact
Want to know how we track abandoned cart conversions in Hubspot? We have created a smartlist for you that will populate when those sales are made through our workflow.
When a checkout is converted as an order, Revenue Conduit will receive a checkout/delete webhook from the store and we will flip the original contact Property "Current Abandoned Cart" from yes back to no.
However, we will update the contact property 'Abandoned Cart Recovery Workflow Conversion" to yes which is what populates this Smart List. ***This data will only show if they purchased while in this workflow and you have it published.
