Order FAQ:Is there a way you can differentiate between a $0 value order?
You can pull a list in HubSpot based off the contact property "Last Order Date" is known and then add a second filter, to only show those whose contact property "Total Order Value" is equal to zero.
Unific syncs all orders whether they are $0 are if a price is associated. If you have a specific scenario where you are giving away sample products and you don’t want them to be considered as part of your order count, you would have to schedule a call with a member of our services team to get a custom quote.
