Why are Products Bought and Categories bought on Deal Objects sometimes blank?

If you're noticing that "Products Bought" and "Categories Bought" fields on Deal objects in HubSpot are blank, the most common reason is that the deal is in the 'Checkout Abandoned' stage. This happens because the deal represents an abandoned cart, meaning the purchase was not completed. Since the products and categories haven't technically been purchased, Unific does not sync these values.

Once the order is successfully placed, the "Products Bought" and "Categories Bought" fields will automatically update with the relevant information.
