Unific provides multiple ways for users to find help and get support. This guide explains how to access our chatbot, knowledge base, submit a support ticket, and check the system status.

Accessing Help in Unific

Inside Unific, you have a few options for finding support:

  1. Chatbot & Knowledge Base Search

    • Our chatbot allows you to send us a message directly.
    • You can also search for knowledge base articles within the chatbot.
  2. Help Section & Knowledge Base

    • Clicking on the Help section will open our Knowledge Base, where you can browse topics or use the search bar to find specific articles.
    • The Knowledge Base includes:
      • Unific Integrations: Articles covering integration-related questions.
      • eCommerce Properties & Workflows: HubSpot-specific workflows, lists, and properties created by Unific.
      • Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs): Commonly asked questions and answers.

Submitting a Support Ticket

If you need further assistance, you can submit a support ticket:

  1. Click Submit Ticket in the help section or visit this link.
  2. Fill out the form with:
    • Your name, company, and account email address.
    • Select the product you need help with.
    • Provide a summary of the issue.
    • Attach supporting screenshots (highly recommended for faster troubleshooting).

Checking Unific’s System Status

If your orders, customers, products, or other synced objects are not updating as expected, check our Status Page:
