The campaign is designed to give email followup to customers who have started checkout, and then exited the checkout process before buying.
Shopping Cart Abandonment Marketing is a Revenue Conduit feature that's available to our higher volume subscribers.
Note #1: As of 5/2/17, Shopping Cart Abandonment Marketing is available for Shopify, Magento, and WooCommerce, but is not currently available for BigCommerce.
Note #2: Shopping Cart Abandonment for single page check-out Magento requires the Magento Revenue Conduit extension version 2.0.6 or higher. Download the latest version here.
