Magento

Customer Group Values: The values in the Infusionsoft dropdown fields must match the names of your customer groups in Magento. You may find your customer groups by hovering over Customers in Admin and then clicking on Customer Groups.

Shopify

Customer Group Values: Shopify Customer Group Syncing works a bit different than the other carts. Because Customer Groups are handled through customer tags in Shopify, Revenue Conduit will auto-create a tag and associate it to the contact record in Infusionsoft as long as the tag exists in Shopify. When Revenue Conduit receives a customer update notification, Revenue Conduit will add the tag to the "Tag Category" called "Store Customer Group".

BigCommerce

Customer Group Values: The values in the Infusionsoft dropdown fields must match the names of your customer groups in BigCommerce. You may find your customer groups by clicking on Customers in Admin and then clicking on Customer Groups.

Woocommerce

Customer Group Values: The values in the Infusionsoft dropdown fields must match the names of your customer groups in Woocommerce. You may find your customer groups by clicking on Customers in Admin and then clicking on Customer Groups. According to the Woocommerce Documentation on Customer Groups it appears that by deafult they only have 3 user roles: Admin, ShopManager, Customer https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/roles-capabilities/. but we have confirmed that you can create custom groups as well.

When do Customer Groups sync?

A customer's Customer Group will sync when Revenue Conduit detects a Customer Update in your shopping cart's database.

How do I use this data in Infusionsoft?

Good question. You can use the custom field to route your customers in a campaign. When someone buys, you can have one sequence for one customer group, and another sequence for the other customer group.
