There are 3 items in this widget and 3 tags that the Widget items are based on, as documented below:
- Current Month - Newsletter Signup - This widget/tag lets you keep track of how many people are signing up through either of the 2 Newsletter sources, below. - This tag is applied each time either of the other 2 tags, below, are added to a contact, and this tag is then removed at the very end of the month. This is handled in the Advanced ROI Tracking campaign.
- Cart Checkout Newsletter Subscriber - We set up this widget/tag when you sign up for our Marketing System to keep track of all customers who sign up for the newsletter with a checkbox during your shopping cart's purchase process. Many shopping cart themes support this functionality. This feature is also discussed more thoroughly in this separate article.
- General Newsletter List - This tag is not used, by default, in our Standard Marketing System, but it's available for you to apply manually or in your own campaigns in case you want to see other types of Newsletter signups as a separate metric and segmentation from people who sign up during the checkout process. A suggestion could be applying this tag at the end of your lead generation campaign.
