HS Smartlist 08: Order Frequency Rating 3
This smartlist discusses how many times someone has purchased from you
By default, Revenue Conduit will assign a default 5 star rating system to all purchases on your site with 5 being the highest value. The Frequency Rating is derived from the Total Number of Orders (lifetime) that we sync when a successful order is placed on your store and brought over to Hubspot. By default, a Frequency Rating of 3 is for those customers who have purchased more than 3 times but less than 5 times.
