How to use Quotific CPQ to create a HubSpot PDF Quote from a Shopify Draft Order

This article describes how Quotific CPQ can be used to generate a HubSpot PDF Quote from a Shopify Draft Order

The beauty of syncing Draft Orders to HubSpot is that you can use the HubSpot Quotes tool to generate a PDF of that Shopify Draft Order and send it to the customer.

How to create a PDF Quote for a Draft Order

1. Create a Deal in HubSpot (manually or through Automation)
2. Associate a contact to the deal
3. Find the Quotific CPQ CRM Card
4. Click Action > Create Draft Order
5. Go through the process of creating the draft order
6. Unific will update the deal with the Draft Order line items and other details
7. Once the deal is updated with the line items by Quotific CPQ, then find the HubSpot Quotes CRM card
8. Click "Add" in the Quotes CRM card
9. The HubSpot quote creation wizard will load
10. The line items from the deal should be added to the Quote
11. Complete the process of making the quote. You should end up with a link to the HubSpot quote.
