BILLING FAQ: Does the metered billing automatically adjust to the number of orders each month?

Plans that have metered billing is automatically adjusted for the number of live or draft orders/month (depending on the Unific product that is being used).

For all paid plans, there's always a minimum charge for a minimum number of items processed per month, and the metered plan is added after that.

All limits on free and paid plans are defined on the pricing page.

Commerce Data Foundation

Commerce Data Foundation Free Plan:

Unific Commerce Data Foundation has a free plan which includes 25 orders/mo. The free plan inclusions are defined on the pricing page. After 25 orders have been synced, the integration of orders and abandoned cart deals stops until the next billing period begins.

Commerce Data Foundation Paid Plans:

Commerce Data Foundation has paid plans which charge a minimum amount per month for a minimum number of orders processed based on the plan you are on. If Unific processes more orders than the minimum, then a metered amount is added to the minimum charge.

Quotific CPQ

Quotific CPQ Free Trial:

Quotific CPQ has a 14 day free trial, which requires a credit card to start. The card will not be charged for 14 days. Client is responsible for canceling before the trial period ends. After the trial period ends, Quotific CPQ will charge the credit card on file according to the plan limits for Quotific CPQ Paid Plans.

Quotific CPQ has paid plans which charge a minimum amount per month for a minimum number of draft orders processed based on the plan you are on. If Unific processes more draft orders than the minimum, then a metered amount is added to the minimum charge according to the plan.

Dynamic Segments

Dynamic Segment Free Plan:

Dynamic Segments has a free plan which calculates segments only for the last 30 days of orders. This plan is meant to be a trial of how Dynamic Segments can be used to take marketing actions. Dynamic Segments calculated for last 30 days of orders creates a situation where the segments will only be accurate for a rolling 30 days of historical orders.

We recommend upgrading instead of staying on the free plan to get accurate segments.

Dynamic Segments has paid plans which charge a minimum amount per month for a minimum number of orders processed based on the plan you are on. If Unific processes more orders than the minimum, then a metered amount is added to the minimum charge according to the plan.

Dynamic Coupons

Dynamic Coupons Free Plan:

Dynamic Coupons has a free plan which allows for 50 coupon generations per month and a single coupon rule. After 50 coupons are generated in a month the coupons stop generating until the next billing period begins.

Dynamic Coupons Paid Plan:

Dynamic Coupons Paid Plan has a paid plan which charges a minimum amount per month for a minimum number of coupons generated per month. If Unific generates more coupons than the minimum, then a metered amount is added to the minimum charge according to the plan.

Dynamic Coupons Paid Plan also allows more than one coupon rule per month.
